FAQ
The turf questions homeowners actually ask.
Short answers on gardening, pressure washing, cadence, and where the Marin route is focused.
Good to know
Before you book.
Is this different from gardening?
Yes. Gardeners usually mow, trim, blow, and maintain plants. Turf cleaning is more like outdoor carpet care: brushing, debris removal, rinsing, deodorizing, and keeping infill from holding odor.
Do you pressure wash artificial turf?
No. The club process is designed for synthetic grass, so we avoid blasting out infill or stressing seams. The goal is a fresh yard, not a damaged one.
How often should pet turf be cleaned?
Most dog-friendly yards do best monthly. Light-use turf can work quarterly, and heavy-use yards may need a first reset before joining the route.
Where do you service?
The launch route is focused across Marin County, including San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Larkspur, and nearby neighborhoods by schedule.
